A fan or Mercedes would be likely accepting the arrival of Mercedes-AMG SLC (2016), as the car came out in old fashion but offering something new. We welcome you the third-generation SLK. Before we examine more on the new Mercedes-AMG SLC (2016), let’s have a look at its specs. Mind you, there are two versions of AMG SLC, SLC43 and SLC300.

With these specs in mind, the new Mercedes-AMG SLC also comes with revised headlights and altered grolle design. A new Led tail-light has been added on the rear, plus a reprofiled bumper. The latter comes with integrated tailpipes.
If the specs, especially one inside the SLC43, we could say nothing just too outstanding about the car. Well, we are not trying to say that the SLC43 is wrong, but the car the car lacks of dynamic qualities. One could have been asked such thing from a car with such exceptional engineering, but we found nothing exceptional in terms of dynamic qualities. However, things would turn differently once we examine the new AMG engine. This one able to deliver impressive turn of speed and when drivers alter the mode into Sport Plus, the car becomes a truly stirring exhaust note. Such a nice response despite the car lacks of high-end heroics.
It turns out that base SLC models will have sport suspension, and costumers have a chance to upgrade Rice Control setup on their AMG. The sport suspension gets new rear and front architecture. On the inside, the dashboard got the same treatment as one available on the SLK model. Despite everything just look the same, the new SLC receives a new three-spoke steering wheel, a larger monitor, fresh trim, and revised instruments. Speaking of safety equipment, the new AMG SLC comes with Attention Assist, Active Brake Assist, automatic headlights, remote boot lid, and Active Bonnet. The Active Brake Assist prevents collision that could happen on road, while Attention Assist alerts and detects riders’ fatigue.
Should you buy one? When it comes to buying decision, it seems that the new AMG won’t attract much attention from people. Yes, the engine is great and the interior is superbly beautiful. But one may cast the attention to Porsche 718 Boxster, which came out with exactly same price. However, if you are a die-hard Mercedes fan, sure the AMG SLC would be enough to satisfy your desire.
